The local electronics manufacturer Marcel declared some lucrative offers for the customers of its refrigerators and freezers centering the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha or Qubani Eid, the largest religious festivals of the Muslim community.
Under the offers, everyday customers may get Tk 1 lakh by registering any models of fridges of Marcel brand just after the purchase from any branded outlet across the country during the period of July 3 to till the Eid-ul-Azha.
Besides, sure cash vouchers or thousands of electronics and electrical appliances are offered on the purchase of the local brand fridges. The offers are declared under the nationwide ongoing ‘Marcel Digital Campaign Season 4’.
Marcel authorities announced the offers at a ‘Declaration Programme’ held at the conference room of the local brand’s corporate office in the capital on Tuesday (July 2, 2019).
The programme was also attended by Marcel Group’s Executive Directors SM Zahid Hasan, Humayun Kabir, Ariful Ambia and Dr. Md Shakhawat Hossen, Brand Ambassador Amin Khan and other senior officials of the company.
Speaking at the event, Ariful Ambia said Marcel is conducting ‘Digital Campaign’ across the country to accelerate the initiative of building customer database for delivering online based swift and best after sales service. The details of the customers and their purchased products including the name of customer, contact number and the model number of the product purchased are being stored on a server through the digital registration. As a result, customers can avail the service from any Marcel service center any time, even if the warranty card is lost.
Marcel’s Head of Sales Dr. Md Shakhawat Hossen said, Qurbani Eid is the prime season for the domestic fridge market as every year a large number of customers purchase fridges before the Eid-ul-Azha to preserve the meat of their sacrificed cows or goats.
More than half of the total fridge sales in a year are sold out between the period of Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha, mentioning it he pointed out that thus, Marcel is offering Tk 1 lakh, sure cash vouchers or various sorts of free products to the fridge customers on the occasion of Qurbani Eid.
Now, Customers of Marcel fridges are enjoying 1 year replacement guaranty, 12 years guaranty on the compressors and 5 years free after sales services. To deliver swift and best post sales services, Marcel has more than 70 service centers across the country under its ISO standard service management system.
